Automotive Technician / Mechanic – High-Volume, Growth-Focused Shop

Location: Mansfield, TX

Pay: Up to $50/hour (based on skill level and experience)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose drivability and mechanical issues using modern diagnostic tools
• Perform maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections
• Complete repairs on engines, brakes, suspension, steering, drivetrain, and electrical systems
• Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality and safety
• Collaborate with advisors and fellow technicians to ensure a smooth repair process

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician
• Formal automotive training strongly preferred
• ASE certifications (A1–A8 and/or L1) are a plus, not a requirement
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
• Familiarity with modern shop equipment and scan tools
• Detail-oriented with pride in workmanship
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving history
