Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Autobody Estimator to join our growing auto repair shop. The ideal candidate will have strong estimating experience using CCC ONE (CCC1) and a solid understanding of collision repair processes. This role is key in ensuring accurate estimates, clear communication with customers and insurance partners, and smooth repair workflow.
Responsibilities
- Write accurate and timely repair estimates using CCC ONE (CCC1)
- Inspect vehicles and determine necessary repairs and costs
- Communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians
- Manage supplements and updates throughout the repair process
- Ensure repairs meet quality and safety standards
- Maintain organized documentation and job files
- Provide excellent customer service from estimate to delivery
Requirements
- CCC ONE (CCC1) experience required (certification strongly preferred)
- Previous experience as an autobody/collision estimator
- Knowledge of collision repair procedures and materials
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
- CCC ONE certification
- Experience working with insurance companies
- I-CAR training or certifications (a plus)
