JOB SUMMARY

The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into functional solutions while communicating effectively in two languages. This role partners with stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to support data-driven decision-making across multilingual environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from diverse stakeholders

·        Communicate business and technical information clearly in both languages

·        Evaluate current business processes and identify improvement opportunities

·        Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements

·        Develop process flows, user stories, and business documentation

·        Support project planning, testing, and implementation activities

·        Analyze data and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations

·        Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

·        Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field

·        6-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role

·        Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools

·        BA Tools:  Wireframs, Balsamic, when they should make something visual (instead of in words), actionable stories.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

·        Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies

·        Knowledge of SQL, BI tools, or data visualization platforms

·        Experience supporting international or cross-cultural teams

·        Bilingual in English and Spanish
