MUST:
1+ year of experience as a Medical Receptionist
Checking patients in and out
Answering phones
Scheduling appointments
Documenting and updating patient information in EMR (eClinical Works)
Strong customer service support skills
Comfortable working in a fast paced office

DUTIES:
Medical Receptionist will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
Answering a high volume of phone calls
Check patients in and out
Provide customer service
Enter patient demographics
Assist patients with filling out forms
Process patient referrals
Additional responsibilities as needed
