Data Entry Associate - Production Department

About the Role

Reflex Performance Resources is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Associate to support our Production Department. This role is critical to ensuring accuracy across our ERP system, maintaining clean production data, and supporting the smooth execution of purchase orders and production workflows.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with data, enjoys keeping systems organized, and can collaborate effectively across multiple teams including production, planning, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and maintain production data within our ERP system and Microsoft Excel
• Issue and manage purchase orders in coordination with production teams
• Support production tracking by ensuring timely and accurate updates to system records
• Organize and maintain digital and physical files, documentation, and product samples
• Assist with data validation, cleanup, and process improvements related to production workflows
• Communicate clearly with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
• Ability to work cross-functionally with production, planning, and operations teams
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of production or supply-chain planning concepts is preferred
• Experience with ERP systems is required; familiarity with AMT ERP software is a plus
