Laborer (with welding experience preferred)

Position Requirements and Responsibilities: Employee must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred

▪ Ability to work in a safe and responsible manner

▪ Effective verbal and listening communication skills

▪ Ability to install sewer, water, and storm drainpipes

▪ Must be honest, trustworthy and demonstrate sound work ethics

▪ Must have physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance

▪ Must have transportation, be punctual and dependable

▪ English is required, and employee must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating maintenance instructions and process manuals.

While no construction experience is required, please note that employee will need to successfully perform the required duties of the job at all times in an outside work environment:

▪ The employee may be exposed to working conditions that include working near loud, large heavy equipment and near moving mechanical parts.

▪ This job requires working outdoors in inclement Colorado weather conditions, year-round.

▪ Early start workdays, occasional night and weekend work required.
