Job Description
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all aspects of labor productivity, including the development of task codes, methods of budgeting the codes and quantity tracking and reporting.
Collaborate with Field Operations Manager and Project Manager to determine labor requirements and projection's in weekly meetings to ensure the Jobsite team is working towards a common goal.
Develop contractor relationships and communicate professionally and respectfully with all their field personnel.
Attend contractors project meetings and proactively engage in the meetings by being fully prepared on all items such as schedule, constraints, etc.
Collaborate with Project Manager to develop, maintain and track all necessary project schedules.
Based on the schedule needs, organize, and plan all labor, tools, material, equipment, and information needed to successfully meet commitments within budget and production goals.
Provide technical advice and resolve field problems.
Oversee and supervise Foremen and Senior Electricians to plan and coordinate work activities.
Participate in BIM and Clash Detection Meetings. Provide necessary oversight, layout, documentation, and support to the BIM team throughout the project.
Participate and assist in creating VDC drawings/prefab review meetings.
Responsible to review and approve drawings for accuracy and determine prefab opportunities.
Oversee and enforce processes, best practices, quality control, and safety standards implementation into project.
Review, analyze and understand technical plans, blueprints, submittals, and all specifications related to the project.
Perform job walks daily and look for any deficiencies, constraints, and/or problems encountered that can affect our
production goals and schedule. Document appropriately in a Daily Report or other internal communication
Identify the strengths and weaknesses of all your staff and recommend training opportunities to the Field Operations Manager.

Preferred Education and Qualifications
Proven ability to manage single projects larger than $7M in annual revenue.
NC Electrical License or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Projects)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
