The Great Escape Room is a fast growing, family-owned company offering a high-quality escape room experience. Established in 2014, we have 16 locations across the Eastern United States. We are looking for an Operations Team Lead to help us grow our Royal Oak location and create an excellent experience for our customers.
The Operations Team Lead is responsible for the general oversight of employees, light administrative duties for their location and ensuring the player's optimal experience.
Job duties include but are not limited to the following:

Interviewing and assisting with selecting staff members who will best contribute to the location
Supervising day-to-day operations
Assisting with schedules for location employees
Scheduling and responding to participants, inquiries, corporations, and group events through a variety of mediums
Managing physical aspects of the location as they relate to aesthetics and maintaining an overall professional environment.
Communicating with all forms of media including social media and press
