Summary of Key Responsibilities: Horsepower Automotive Group is are looking for a high-energy R&D Automotive Install Technician to help us bridge the gap between groundbreaking design and real-world dominance.
Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Ability to work independently
- Proven automotive and shop experience (essential for hitting the ground running).
- A meticulous eye for detail and precision fitment.
- A team-first mentality and the drive to see a project from prototype to production.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Mechanical skills
- Previous install experience
- Strong work ethic
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to collaborate with different departments
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel to events if needed
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift objects as much as 50 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
Preferred
- Fabrication experience
- ASE certifications

Schedule: 8 hour shift - Day shift
Job Type: Full-time (Mon-Fri 8:00a to 4:30p)
Pay Range: $22.00 - $23.00 / hr
Work Location: In person at our facility in Chandler, AZ
