Lodge Advisor - Full-time

Residential Lodge Advisor

Location: Mill Spring, NC

Schedule:

• Sunday: 1:00 - 9:30 pm
• Monday: 4:00 pm – 8:00 am Sleeping Shift
• Tuesday: 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm
• Wednesday: 1:00 – 10:30 pm

Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour and increases based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Plan and actively assist residents in their recovery process and attaining their goals
• Provide a positive evening experience and encourage participation in planned events
• Responds to any critical needs or crisis situation
• Provides documentation on each resident 
• First responder for on call services throughout the night and may be awakened by a resident

Qualifications:

• Candidates need to be at least 21 years old with an acceptable driving record to be on CooperRiis driver insurance
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build supportive relationships with residents
