Registered Behavior Technician

Whether you're experienced working with children on the Autism spectrum, with developmental disabilities, or behavioral challenges - or you're just starting out and eager to learn - we want to meet you.

You don't need prior ABA experience. We'll train you in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and provide the tools, support, and guidance to help you grow your career while doing work that truly matters.

What You'll Do

• Provide individualized behavioral support in homes, schools, and community settings
• Implement and track progress on behavior plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Support and educate families to help children succeed in every environment
• Collaborate with a passionate, multidisciplinary team
• Maintain professionalism, compassion, and positivity in every session
