Multi-Site Maintenance Technician Department: Maintenance Location: Englewood, CO

Woodspear Properties, a national property management company, is seeking a full-time Multi-Site Maintenance Technician to join our team!

We are seeking a Multi-Site Maintenance Technician who is experienced and highly self-motivated. The position will require an individual who can execute quality work in a timely manner. This Multi-Site maintenance tech will work as part of a team maintaining 130 units in Englewood. This individual will need to interact on a daily basis in a professional and courteous manner with residents and other team members, be able to discuss maintenance issues clearly, and have strong organizational skills to organize his/her workload, complete service requests, and meet with vendors.

Responsibilities:
� Prioritize the daily work load. Organize & direct the team to efficiently complete our goals.

� Perform daily walks, repairs, and maintenance of the community common areas, grounds, and amenities

�Schedule & oversee outside contractor�s scheduled work.

� Identify, troubleshoot, and repair basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues

�Perform quality Apartment make-ready turns
� Drywall, texturing, and patching repairs
� Monitor and respond to and complete maintenance work orders
� Implement & Monitor preventative maintenance plan

�Weekly Maintenance Inventory and ordering
� Communicate and report maintenance issues to the Manager
� Pool maintenance -- CPO designation a plus
� Grounds keeping and snow removal
� Must participate in on-call rotation and ensure punctual response to on-call emergencies


Minimum Qualifications:
� Personal set of general tools
� Minimum 2 year of experience in apartment maintenance
� High school diploma or equivalent
� Must pass a drug and background check

$25.00-$30.00 Hourly Rate + Benefits Package
