Job Duties

• Clean and maintain resident apartments, common areas, and facility spaces to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Demonstrate attention to detail in every apartment, ensuring all surfaces, floors, and fixtures are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
• Work efficiently and maintain speed without sacrificing quality, completing assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes.
• Handle laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding, with care and accuracy.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to the appropriate department.
• Follow infection control protocols and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Provide courteous and respectful interactions with residents, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
• Support a warm, welcoming environment that promotes dignity and comfort for seniors.
