Corporate Recruiter

Hourly Range: $24 - $25 per hour 

CR&R is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting across operations and corporate functions. This role partners with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire talent that supports service excellence and long-term growth.

What You’ll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles
• Partner with hiring managers to deliver timely hiring results
• Source and screen candidates across multiple channels
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and pre-employment steps
• Use Microsoft Office 365 tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) to track activity and support recruiting workflows
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of recruiting experience
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and communication skills
• Strong Communication Skills.  Bilingual in Spanish/English Preferred
