Specimen Accessioner - Full-time

Averhealth is looking for a dedicated Specimen Accessioner I to service our state-of-the-art Laboratory in St. Louis, MO. This position is Full-Time working 40+ hours per week with overtime eligibility. DAY SHIFT: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

PAY: $16/HR + Full-Time Benefits

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

• Prepares specimen (urine) for analysis by receiving, opening and pipetting in accordance with our standard operation procedures
• Prepares excess specimen samples for storage
• Enters sample information into the software database
• Disposes of samples after the analysis is complete
• Sends supplies to Averhealth sites as needed
• Maintains cleanliness of accessioning work areas
