About the Role:
We are seeking a Valet for our Summer Seasonal position at Deauville Inn. As a Valet, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests by greeting them, parking their vehicles, and retrieving them upon request. You will be expected to maintain a professional demeanor at all times and ensure the safety and security of the vehicles in your care. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous valet or parking attendant experience
- Knowledge of local attractions and restaurants
- Ability to speak multiple languages
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Park and retrieve vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle locations and keys
- Assist guests with luggage and other items as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills:
As a Valet, you will use your excellent communication and customer service skills to provide exceptional service to our guests. You will also use your attention to detail to ensure the safety and security of the vehicles in your care.
