Summer Specialist, Climbing Wall

We are in search of Climbing Specialists for our Summer Camp Program!

Position Summary

Create a positive and supportive environment where campers can learn and develop lifelong skills. As a Climbing Activity Specialist, you will plan, teach, and oversee the climbing wall, including operating and maintaining a safe auto belay climbing wall system (training and certification provided by the company). You'll work closely with a Junior Staff member (under 18 years old) to run the wall and contribute to the overall camp program. While climbing experience is helpful, it is not required. You will actively participate in all camp activities to ensure a well-rounded and engaging experience for everyone.
