Shipping and Logistics Clerk

We are seeking a meticulous and tech-savvy Shipping & Logistics Specialist to join our warehouse operations team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end preparation of outgoing orders, focusing on high-accuracy packing, inventory verification, and domestic/international logistics. Working with very light products, you will navigate multiple software systems, including SAP and carrier-specific platforms, to ensure every order is processed without error.

Responsibilities Include

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pack orders and confirm product quality before sealing shipments.
• Logistics Coordination: Schedule, weigh, and price shipments using UPS WorldShip, FedEx, and DHL platforms.
• International Shipping: Prepare documentation and navigate requirements for global exports.
• Inventory Management: Perform regular inventory counts and verify stock levels within the ERP system.
• Data Integrity: Navigate multiple screens to cross-reference order data, ensuring 100% accuracy in labeling and manifest creation.
• Quality Control: Conduct final verifications of all outgoing shipments to eliminate errors.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong PC skills are required, specifically with Microsoft Excel and multi-screen navigation.
• Prior experience with UPS WorldShip, FedEx, and DHL shipping managers.
• Previous experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to work with high precision; a "zero-mistake" mindset is essential due to the high cost of errors.
• Previous background in shipping, receiving, or warehouse logistics.
• Understanding of international shipping protocols and documentation is a major plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Pay:

$19.00–$21.00 per hour. Compensation is determined by candidate experience, education, certifications, and specific job-related skills.
