Cole Papers, a respected and long-standing family-owned company, is searching for a Floor Cleaning Equipment Service Technician for our Fargo headquarters.
This is a Full time Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm in person position.
Compensation:
- Possible Sign-on Bonus
- 3 raises in the first 12 months with good performance.
- Starting wage $25-29+ depending on experience and qualifications.
Here is how a Service Technician contributes to our team:
- Perform machine diagnosis and minor repairs at customer locations.
- Perform in-depth machine repairs in our well-equipped shop.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Monday – Friday 8-5 with some overtime possible
- Customer Service focused person with experience, or ability to train, to perform service repairs on various types of commercial floor cleaning equipment for schools/universities and healthcare facilities, such as floor scrubbers, carpet extractors, sweepers, vacuums, etc.
- Vehicle, tools, and training are provided.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Preference for applicant who has experience in repairs.
- Must be efficient and computer proficient and an excellent communicator.
- Ability to communicate successfully, pleasantly, and politely with customers, manufacturers, sale representatives and internal staff.
- Training provided on the job and at manufacturer locations.
- This is a physically active position that requires heavy lifting. Applicants should be able to lift/maneuver up to 100 lbs.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License.
- Must have an acceptable driving record.
- Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical card.
