Production Associate

We’re currently hiring Warehouse Workers to support CHS Lubricants' blending and packaging operations in Inver Grove Heights. This contract-to-hire opportunity is ideal for individuals who are motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to make a difference in a fast-paced production environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Package lubricant products in various-sized containers on a production line
• Operate assembly and material handling equipment, including forklifts
• Support inventory control, order picking, and receiving
• Perform line changeovers, machine monitoring, and minor adjustments
• Follow all safety, food safety, and sanitation procedures
• Maintain cleanliness in all assigned work areas
• Assist with team training and support new employee onboarding
• Perform general labor tasks, including equipment operation, plant cleanup, and grounds maintenance

Requirements

• Prior experience in production, manufacturing, or warehousing preferred
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to work 2nd shift and complete 1st shift training
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed and perform physical duties in a plant setting

Benefits:Health care insurance benefits available first of the month following 60 days of employment. Thirty (30) hours worked per week must be averaged in order to maintain coverage. 401k enrollment is available per the Secure Act guidelines.
