Quality Control Manager – Construction

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager responsible for implementing, administering, and maintaining the project quality control program, ensuring that construction is executed in strict accordance with plans, specifications, and local codes. This role provides project administration and support to the Project Manager.

Qualifications:

• Eligible to obtain Federal Clearance to access Military Installations.
• Minimum 2 years of documented experience as a QC Manager and 5 years of construction experience.
• Current USACE Construction Quality Management Certificate obtained from a professionally accredited course (e.g., US Army Corps of Engineers or Naval Facilities Engineering Command) within the last 5 years. Self-developed or in-house certifications will not meet this requirement.
• Proven leadership, management, and communication skills (verbal and written), with strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with USACE RMS and QCS software.
• Ability to set standards of excellence in leadership, safety, quality, and productivity for the project team.
• Strong problem-solving skills: gather and analyze information, develop alternative solutions, and work effectively in group problem-solving situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present numeric data effectively, read and interpret documents, and edit work for clarity and accuracy.
• Able to interface effectively with all levels of management and establish trust with owners and customers.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
