Director of Marketing

NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a fast-growing healthcare organization to find a Director of Marketing & Growth. An ideal candidate will bring a balance of strategic vision and hands-on leadership to drive community engagement and brand growth across multiple locations. The right fit will be a creative, energetic, and data-driven professional who thrives in dynamic environments and understands the power of storytelling, digital strategy, and local outreach.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, or related field preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of marketing leadership experience
• Strong experience in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, geofencing, analytics, social media)
• Demonstrated success in managing and mentoring marketing teams
• Ability to lead B2B and B2C strategies in a healthcare or multi-site setting

Preferred:

• Experience in healthcare, hospitals, or urgent/emergency care settings
• Prior involvement in community outreach or local referral marketing
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Comfort with local travel and occasional evening/weekend events
