Manufacturing Production Supervisor

Extension is seeking a Production Supervisor for a Direct Hire opportunity with one of our manufacturing clients located in Fond Du Lac, WI.

Responsibilities:

• Enforce safety protocols and maintain PPE compliance with employees
• Monitor KPI’s(changeover times, scrap, uptime, quality) and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide leadership for hourly production teams, including onboarding, training, performance feedback, and employee engagement to build a high-performing, motivated workforce
• Flex across all shifts when needed due to high priority needs

Qualifications Needed:

• Requires a high school diploma, or GED.
• Min of 3 years of experience leading a production team. Strong servant leadership style-direct, supportive, and collaborative.
• Requires strong technical aptitude; ability to read specs, tolerances, and production requirements.
• Curious, solution-oriented, eager to continuously learn and improve

Pay: $70,000 - $88,000 plus bonus and shift differentials

Shifts available:

·       1st  shift: 5:00am – 3:00pm Mon – Thurs, some overtime available on Fridays

·       2nd shift:  3:00 pm – 1:00am Mon – Thurs, some overtime available on Fridays
