Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Provides customer support through phone, email, and Metrology 360 software, addressing inquiries about products and services

· Prepares and submits customer quotes for calibration services, gage repairs, and new gaging

· Collaborate with purchasing to explore new suppliers and cost-reducing initiatives

· Addresses customer questions and concerns through effective communication across various channels

· Maintains detailed customer account records, including inquiries, complaints, and feedback

· Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Skills and Abilities:

· Strong communication skills, active listening and effective resolution of customer grievances

· Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy

· Capable of working independently and collaboratively to ensure customer satisfaction

· Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word

· Skilled in computer use and internet research

· Self-motivated and able to take initiative in tasks

· Team player, contributing effectively in group settings

Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or GED required

· Relevant experience in customer service is preferred
