Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide high-quality physical therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for patient evaluation, the development of individualized treatment plans, and the delivery of direct therapy to restore function and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians per practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and engage with families.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
