Curtis Power Solutions, a subsidiary of Indel Power Group, has an opening for a Parts and Service Specialist at our location in Syracuse, NY. This individual will be organized with the ability to multi-task and possess good customer and communication skills. Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance to support the service and parts team
• Assist in maintaining regular cycle counting of all inventory to maximize accuracy.
• Promptly address and resolve customer concerns and service follow-up issues

• Excellent customer service skills
• Advise and assist in maintaining adequate stock on hand to maximize initial first-fill rates while keeping inventory annual turn-rates at defined and acceptable levels overall.
• This position requires occasional driving
