Chiropractic Account Coordinator

ABOUT THIS JOB

The Chiropractic Account Coordinator will work full-time with a consistent weekly schedule:

• Full-Time Mon, Wed, Thu: 6:40 AM–11:00/12:00 PM → break → 2:00 PM–
  6:00/7:30 PM (hours vary depending on reports)

Weekend availability is required for screenings and community events, with a minimum of two events per month, typically four-hour shifts.

As a Chiropractic Account Coordinator, you will arrive ready to be the welcoming face of Adapt Chiropractic, greeting patients and setting the tone for their visit. You will spend most of your time managing patient accounts with precision, ensuring each record is accurate and confidential. Collecting payments and verifying insurance details will be a natural part of your workflow, as will providing essential support at the front desk. Throughout the day, you will juggle phone calls, appointment scheduling, and administrative tasks with efficiency, always keeping patient care and satisfaction as your top priorities. Regularly, you will represent Adapt Chiropractic at community events, helping the practice grow and connect with new patients.

• Willingness to work some weekends for events

Medical, health office, or fitness experience preferred. Phone experience is also a plus.
