YELM US Associates, parent company of Ultimate Care and Swift Home Care, is seeing a motivated and people oriented Field Recruiter to join our team. The Field Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and engaging caregiver candidates directly from the community. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized and passionate about connecting great talent with meaningful work that makes a difference in the lives of our patients and families.
Working under the direction of the Field Recruitment Manager, the Field Recruiter builds relationships with schools, training programs, and referral networks to bring qualified HHAs and PCAs into the agency. Each Field Recruiter is paired with a designated HR Onboarding Coordinator, ensuring that all collected documentation is promptly forwarded for verification and processing. The role is highly mobile, focused on community engagement, applicant screening, and maintaining a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
This is a field based role with compensation $22.00 to $23.00 per hour based on relevant experience.
You will:
Field Sourcing & Community Engagement
- Promote agency opportunities at schools, training centers, community organizations, job fairs, and local events.
- Collect applicant contact info and documents per agency policy.
- Maintain strong relationships with community partners and referral sources.
Applicant Screening & File Preparation
- Screen applicants to confirm HHA/PCA certification and work eligibility.
- Collect and verify documents (ID, SSN, certificate, physical, TB/QuantiFERON, references).
- Submit documentation to HR Onboarding Coordinator daily.
- Keep field logs of recruitment activity (applicants engaged and referred).
Coordination & Communication
- Communicate daily with the Field Recruitment Manager on field performance and needs.
- Work closely with Onboarding Coordinator to ensure timely applicant processing.
- Follow up with applicants to complete missing documents or schedule orientation.
Reporting & Accountability
- Submit daily end-of-day summaries and weekly activity reports.
- Track applicant progress to monitor field-to-HR transitions.
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
- Source at least 15 new applicants weekly.
- Submit ≥ 90% of applicants to onboarding within 24 hours.
- Maintain ≥ 95% compliance with daily EOD reporting.
- Convert ≥ 50% of applicants to active orientation participants.
- Attend at least two outreach events per month.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Experience in recruiting, community engagement, or HR preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
