Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse

HealthTrust Workforce Solution External is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Pulaski, Tennessee.

• Weekend Hours: Rotate every other weekend unless there is a need and will be scheduled more than every other weekend. 
• Call Requirements: Yes, Depending on census, staff is placed on call or floated. 
• Required Certifications: RN = BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Years of Experience: 1-2+ 
• Float Requirements: Yes, to medical detox, ICU, OB or ER (Task assignments for OB and ER), will take low level medsurg overflow patients in ICU with ratio of 1:3

• Additional Notes: Unit Secretary/Monitor Tech stationed at Medsurg nurses station.

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 19 
• Patient Ratios: 1:5 
• Equipment: Welch Allyn vital machines, masimno at bedside in every room, careview, telemetry, sara stedy, ARJO lift. 
• EHR: Medhost - Clinical Experience

• Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: geriatric, adults, typically only have 3-4 peds patients per year
