Salary: $50,000–$52,000 annually

We are seeking a professional, hands-on Property Manager to serve as the on-site representative for a non-rental condominium community. This role is responsible for daily operations, vendor coordination, staff oversight, and owner communication, working closely with the Board of Directors to ensure the property is well maintained and community standards are consistently enforced.

This is a visible, detail-driven role requiring strong organization, sound judgment, and confident communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the condominium community
• Conduct daily property inspections of common areas, amenities, and grounds
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, and emergency services
• Supervise maintenance, custodial staff, and security services
• Enforce community rules consistently and professionally
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners
• Prepare weekly written updates for the Board of Directors
• Take minutes at Board and annual homeowner meetings
• Assist with administrative and financial coordination alongside an off-site bookkeeping firm

Schedule & Availability

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Weekends off except for emergencies
• On-call availability required for emergency situations

Qualifications

• Prior property, facilities, or community management experience strongly preferred
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Comfortable managing staff, vendors, and Board interactions
• Ability to perform daily physical inspections
• Professional demeanor and consistent rule enforcement
