- Provide performance feedback and leadership of all direct reports including mentoring, coaching, counseling, and corrective action when situations dictate.
- Ensure accountability and discipline when necessary.
- Communicate effectively at all levels and departments.
- Maintain maximum levels of equipment utilization and efficiency to meet production requirements.
- Manage the plant preventive maintenance program.
- This full-time salary role is a part of our maintenance team and reports to the maintenance manager.
Required experience:
- Minimum of two (2) years as a Skilled Trades Maintenance Supervisor.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, stamping, and/or assembly processes as required for the position.
- Knowledge of Fanuc robotics repairs in a manufacturing environment.
- High voltage electrical repair experience preferred.
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to mentor and teach the team in effective problem-solving methods.
