Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing support related to part and pump price quotes, order processing, warranty claims, and invoice or billing inquiries. This role requires strong phone communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with ERP and CRM systems while adhering to ISO9001 customer service procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing general customer service support  
  • Provide part, pump, and motor price quotes to customers  
  • Process part and pump orders and provide order status updates  
  • Maintain and update Quote Log and Production Order Tracking databases  
  • Perform order entry using ERP-LX (Order Entry) system  
  • Process change orders including address updates, schedule changes, and carrier changes  
  • Assist with warranty claim processing  
  • Support credit memo and no-charge order requirements  
  • Prepare customer communication folders  
  • Assist Sales teams with customer-related support activities  
  • Interface with customers to help resolve AR collections dispute issues  
  • Understand and comply with export compliance requirements  
  • Adhere to ISO9001 customer service procedures and work instructions  
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager  

Required Skills:
  • Strong phone-based customer service skills  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills  
  • Strong problem-solving abilities  
  • Solid financial and accounting knowledge  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications  
  • Experience working with ERP or CRM systems  

Preferred Skills:
  • SAP experience or CRM experience preferred  
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred  
  • Experience with ticketing or service management systems is a plus  

Education:
High School Diploma required  
Associate’s degree or some college coursework preferred  

Experience:
1–3 years of customer service or related experience
