Production Associate - Full-time

Flowly Solutions is growing and hiring for multiple production associates to join our team. These roles are full time with optional overtime available. We're seeking enthusiastic team members to support our daily logistics functions. These positions are entry level, we do not require any prior experience and provide full training of training the right employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the continuous flow of materials and outgoing orders
• Completing daily projects to meet daily productivity goals
• Compiling and assembling kits based on detailed written instructions
• Reviewing your work to ensure a consistent product
• Submitting daily reports based on finished work and projects
• Following work instructions from your lead
• Partnering with your team and other departments to ensure projects are completed
• Growing in the position to eventually take on additional job duties
• Scanning outgoing orders to keep track of items

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Remaining eager to learn and open to growing in the role
• Being detail oriented and quality focused
• The ability to lift 25 pounds 
• Retaining reliable transportation to work
• Basic computer literacy is a bonus
• Being a team player and willing to complete projects in a group

Compensation and Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, Full Time with overtime opportunities
• Working Hours from 6:00am - 2:30pm
• Hourly pay rate ranging from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
