Develops and administers a system for investigating and monitoring assigned projects; performs site visits, and assists with developing and implementing policies and procedures.
Job Duties:Assists in the development and implementation of appropriate policies and procedures. Develops and administers a system for investigating and monitoring assigned projects for compliance with applicable rules and regulations. Maintains reports, inventories and records as appropriate. Assists in reviewing proposed changes to internal controls. Monitors compliance with approved system of internal controls. Performs on site and follow-up visits to explain and assure procedures are being implemented. Advises participants of updates by providing correspondence, training and/or copies of new policies and procedures. Enforces and resolves complaints connected with projects according to policies and procedures. Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in Business Administration; or six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
An additional 18 months related experience is required with some being in a supervisory position.
COMPUTER SKILLS
An individual should have knowledge of Database software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must possess a valid driver's license with a driving history verified through a motor vehicle report that meets requirements for Cherokee Nation underwriting rating.Must be able to meet standards for receiving a gaming license where required.

Employee must not and will not be under sanction by the United States Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Inspector General (OIG) or by the General Services Administration (GSA) or listed on the OIG’s Cumulative Sanction Report, or the GSA’s List of Excluded Providers, or listed on the OIG’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, and talk or hear.The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works in outside weather conditions.The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
