Position OverviewIn this role, you will work closely with on-site Cardiologists at modern client healthcare facilities in New Jersey. Reporting to the Regional Staffing Manager, the Cardiac Nuclear Medicine Technologist (SPECT) is responsible for the daily operation of the imaging camera and ensuring the acquisition of high-quality diagnostic images in accordance with established clinical protocols.
Your expertise will directly contribute to accurate diagnoses, efficient workflows, and a positive patient experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform cardiac SPECT nuclear medicine imaging procedures
Operate imaging equipment and ensure image quality meets clinical standards
Provide compassionate and professional patient care throughout the imaging process
Maintain compliance with state regulations, OSHA, NRC, and company policies
Accurately complete documentation and follow imaging protocols
Work collaboratively with physicians, staff, and CDL leadership
Be willing to train into PET/CT

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Medicine
Active state Nuclear Medicine license (NJ)
NMTCB or ARRT certification
Ability to produce high-quality imaging with minimal supervision
Current CPR and BLS certifications
Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and physical
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Flexibility to manage multiple priorities in a clinical environment
Strong communication and patient-care skills
