The Role: HVAC Field Supervisor
As an HVAC Field Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to leader on-site for all things HVAC and mechanical. You’ll oversee day-to-day field execution, keep work moving safely and efficiently, and ensure systems are installed right the first time—on schedule, on spec, and up to code.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys coordinating people and moving parts, and takes pride in seeing complex systems come together seamlessly.
What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and oversee HVAC installation activities including equipment, ductwork, piping, insulation, controls, TAB, start-up, and commissioning

Coordinate subcontractors, manpower, and sequencing to hit project milestones

Ensure all HVAC work meets drawings, specifications, codes, and manufacturer requirements

Plan material deliveries, equipment placement, and mechanical logistics

Coordinate closely with other trades to avoid conflicts and delays
-
Enforce jobsite safety standards and company policies—no shortcuts

Support inspections, testing, commissioning, punch lists, and system turnover
-
Track daily progress, manpower, and field issues related to HVAC scopes
What You Bring to the Table
Required:
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
0–2 years of relevant experience
-
Working knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical construction
-
Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and inspection documents

Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
-
Comfort working in active construction environments
Bonus Points For:

EPA certification

OSHA 30

Experience with subcontractor coordination or HVAC troubleshooting
Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Primarily field-based (outdoors and industrial buildings)

Exposure to equipment noise, fumes, machinery, and varying weather conditions

Occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs)

Walking on uneven terrain and some driving between sites
Schedule
-
Full-time, Monday–Friday, hours may vary based on project

Occasional overtime may be required to meet project demands
