Renew Smiles is a patient-driven dental healthcare provider focused on providing affordable, high quality dental implants. Renew Smiles is seeking part-time Call Center Agents to join its small but rapidly growing team. Call Center Agents are responsible for answering inbound calls from potential patients and following up on lead inquiries. The Call Center Agent role requires a compassionate conversation while explaining treatment options, answering and asking questions, qualifying candidates, and converting them into a consultation.

Renew Smiles is seeking part-time Call Center Agents to join its small but rapidly growing team. Call Center Agents are responsible for answering inbound calls from potential patients and following up on lead inquiries. The Call Center Agent role requires a compassionate conversation while explaining treatment options, answering and asking questions, qualifying candidates, and converting them into a consultation.
Primary Responsibilities
- Qualify candidates through in-depth conversation, including educating potential patients on products and services and overcoming objections with the end goal of scheduling a free consultation
- Ensure questions are answered in a professional, informative, caring, and correct manner
- Document all call information correctly and efficiently into CRM tracking software
- Maintain confidentiality when dealing with private health information
- Perform consult scheduling duties (e.g., managing confirmations, reschedules, cancellations, etc.)
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Other duties as assigned
- Warm, friendly, and compassionate personality with a pleasant phone demeanor
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Results oriented with demonstrated ability to prioritize responsibilities and problem solve
- Strong background in sales/customer service
- Reliable internet connection w/ a minimum speed of 25 mbps download and 5 mbps upload (required)
- Experience with Microsoft Suite (required)
- Experience with Salesforce and integrated VOIP system (preferred)
- Data entry 65+ wpm (required)
- Part-time (20-25 hours/week)
- Exact days/hours are flexible based on individual needs and in alignment with other department personnel
- $21/hour + monthly bonus
- Fully remote
