KMG Prestige is seeking a Janitor to join our team in Evanston, IL at Emerson Square, Live Evanston, and Evanston West who takes pride in their work and is detail oriented. The ideal candidate will be dependable and strive to create happy residents through providing superior customer service and a visually appealing property.

You Have:

• Apartment cleaning experience (3 years minimum)
• Ability to safely use snow removal equipment
• Driver's license required for travel between sites
• Self-Motivation
• Available nights and weekends
