Behavior Technician- In Home

Position Summary:
We are seeking energetic, reliable, and caring Behavior Technician to join our team for in-home clients located in the Long Branch/Ocean Twp, NJ area!   Shifts -3:45pm to 6:45pm and/or 4pm to 7pm. $ 28-30. Rate negotiable based on level of experience and RBT certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA
• Work 1:1 with children in their home environment
• Collect and record data on client behavior and skill acquisition
• Collaborate with families and other team members to support client progress
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
• Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with RBT and company guidelines

Qualifications:

• Prior ABA Therapy experience required. RBT certification preferred. 
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Availability during after-school hours.
