Registered Behavior Technician - Hazlet

Position Summary:
We are seeking energetic, reliable, and caring Registered Behavior Technician to join our team for in-home clients located in the Hazlet-Union Beach, NJ area!   Monday to Friday 3:30pm to 6:30pm availability preferred.  $30 per hour

Qualifications:

• Prior ABA Therapy experience and RBT certified required. 
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Availability during after-school hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA
• Work 1:1 with children in their home environment
• Collect and record data on client behavior and skill acquisition
• Collaborate with families and other team members to support client progress
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
• Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with RBT and company guidelines
