Job Description
We are seeking CRNAs to join our team at outpatient Fertility Centers throughout the San Diego area.
\nResponsibilities:
\n- \n
- Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia care plans \n
- Administer IV sedation and MAC for fertility-related procedures \n
- Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage recovery \n
- Ensure patients meet safe discharge criteria \n
- Collaborate with reproductive endocrinologists, physicians, RNs, and clinical staff \n
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards \n
Procedures include but are not limited to:
\nEgg retrievals, embryo transfers, and other outpatient fertility procedures
\nQualifications:
\n- \n
- Current CRNA certification (NBCRNA) \n
- Active California CRNA license \n
- Outpatient, fertility, or procedural sedation experience preferred \n
- ACLS required; PALS preferred \n
