American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for an Oncology Pod Emergency Department position requiring a minimum of 2 years of ED experience, Epic proficiency, and prior travel nursing experience.

- Oncology Pod Emergency Department setting within a cancer hospital and research facility \n
- 12-hour night shifts (19:00–07:30) on a 3x12 schedule \n
- Patient ratio of 1:4 \n
- Epic EMR experience required \n
- Telemetry monitoring used in this unit \n
- Floating is required for this position \n
- 13-week contract \n
- \n
- Active OH or Compact RN license required \n
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS \n
- Minimum 2 years of ED experience required \n
- Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience required \n
- Epic EMR experience required \n
- Proficiency in IV starts required \n
- Experience with telemetry monitoring required \n
- 2 professional references required: at least 1 must be from a Manager, Director, or formal leadership role (Supervisor); a Charge RN is acceptable as a second reference; no coworker references accepted \n
- Oncology experience preferred but not required \n

- Local candidates are accepted \n
- RTO must be submitted at the time of application and built into the contract; RTO is limited to 7 consecutive days or fewer for the duration of the contract \n
- Former employees of the facility are eligible for a travel assignment after a minimum 6-month separation \n
- All candidates are required to complete Ohio state fingerprinting promptly after signing their contract; candidates outside Ohio will need to travel to an Ohio fingerprinting location or complete a mailed fingerprinting packet as quickly as possible upon receipt \n
