Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This rewarding onsite contract opportunity is perfect for a dedicated Physical Therapist looking for a flexible schedule, working just 2-3 days a year during the 26/27 school year. Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active New York Physical Therapist License required
- Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
- Comfortable managing a multi-age caseload and adapting interventions
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with school staff and families
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate the physical and functional abilities of students across various grade levels
- Develop and implement appropriate therapy plans and interventions
- Document progress, updating goals and strategies as needed
- Work closely with education teams to integrate therapy into students’ daily routines
- Provide guidance and support to staff and families on student needs and accommodations
- Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and school policies and documentation requirements
