Key Responsibilities:

• Implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual resident needs.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) retraining, mobility, and functional tasks.
• Document resident progress accurately using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
• Work collaboratively with nursing and therapy teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate residents and their families about therapy processes and safety measures.
• Promote independence and safety among residents in all activities.

Qualifications:

• Certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
