About the Role:

Site Labor Company is looking for reliable, detail-oriented Post-Construction Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team. This role focuses on final and touch-up cleaning for newly built and renovated residential and commercial spaces.

Responsibilities:

• Perform post-construction and renovation cleaning
• Remove dust, debris, stickers, and residue from all surfaces
• Clean floors, baseboards, cabinets, appliances, fixtures, and bathrooms
• HEPA vacuuming and damp wiping of horizontal surfaces
• Work safely and efficiently on active or recently completed job sites
• Follow detailed scopes of work and quality standards

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical work
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Prior cleaning or construction-site experience is a plus (but not required)

• 17 years or older
• Able to work in an environment with heights over 6 feet
• Able to stand for duration of shift
• Able to comfortably lift 20 lbs
• Willing to wear face mask
