The Opportunity

As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in growing our client base while supporting and strengthening relationships with our many existing clients. You’ll be trained in every aspect of the role—from business development to account management—and have the chance to grow your earnings through performance-based bonuses.

What You’ll Do

  • Proactively reach out to new commercial and industrial contractors nationwide (outbound calling / business development)

  • Build relationships and earn new client partnerships through consultative conversations

  • Manage and service existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

  • Quote accurate bill rates for staffing services

  • Post job descriptions and coordinate job orders with contractors

  • Monitor client needs and document performance evaluations

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills (confident on the phone, professional in writing)

  • A team-oriented mindset with the drive to hit goals and support others

  • Business acumen and willingness to learn our industry

  • Prior telemarketing, sales, or customer-facing experience preferred

  • Commitment to building a long-term career—not just a short-term stop
