Warehouse Supervisor - Third shift

 

Location: Jeffersonville, IN

Schedule: Monday–Friday    7pm - 6am on 2-2-3 rotated schedule | Full-Time

Pay Range: $71,000-106,000

 

Position Overview

M Force Partners is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to oversee third-shift warehouse operations for a confidential organization. This role is responsible for coordinating inventory movement, supervising warehouse personnel, and ensuring accurate shipping, receiving, and system transactions across bonded and non-bonded inventory.

The Warehouse Team Lead plays a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, safety compliance, and team development within a fast-paced distribution environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee inbound and outbound inventory activity, ensuring accurate entry and tracking within ERP and WMS systems
  • Supervise warehouse technicians to ensure daily workload and shipping schedules are met
  • Manage bonded inventory receiving, withdrawals, and compliance activities
  • Coordinate export, military, refund, and specialty stock orders in partnership with internal teams and freight forwarders
  • Analyze inventory levels to support refund processing, breakage resolution, and space optimization
  • Ensure customer orders ship accurately, completely, and on schedule, resolving exceptions proactively
  • Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for shipping and receiving operations
  • Identify opportunities to improve warehouse layout, material flow, and shipment throughput
  • Lead cycle count activities and investigate inventory discrepancies across on-site and off-site locations
  • Serve as the primary resource for WMS and RF system support, including training and troubleshooting
  • Promote a positive, respectful, and performance-driven team culture aligned with safety and quality standards
  • Investigate workplace incidents and implement preventive safety improvements
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, food safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
  • Support employee development through coaching, performance feedback, and participation in development planning initiatives
  • Lead or participate in operational projects that support continuous improvement and professional growth

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of experience in distribution, warehouse, or supply chain operations
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with ERP, MRP, MPS, and/or WMS systems
  • Proven experience designing, implementing, or improving operational processes

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with System 21 ERP or Oracle-based systems
  • Background in CPG, alcohol beverage, or regulated distribution environments
  • Supervisory or team lead experience
  • Knowledge of three-tier distribution systems
  • Supply chain or vendor management experience
  • Participation in professional organizations such as CSCMP or ISM
