Job Description
PestNow is seeking a motivated Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and support our Maryland sales teams. This role is responsible for driving sales performance through field leadership, coaching, and operational excellence while partnering closely with local teams to achieve budgeted growth objectives.
This position is ideal for a sales leader who thrives in the field, excels at developing people, and can effectively leverage reporting and operating systems to improve results.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Provide direction, leadership, and support to local sales teams, including assisting with lead generation, supporting proposal development, and helping close sales opportunities
- Utilize sales and operating systems, including PestPac and Smarter Launch (training will be provided for the right candidate)
- Spend significant time in the field conducting ride-alongs with Pest Management Consultants to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement and deliver hands-on sales coaching and training
- Maintain a work structure of approximately 70% field time and 30% office/administrative time
- Analyze business reporting and performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Balance field leadership with administrative responsibilities associated with the RSM role
Qualifications
- Proven sales leadership experience within pest control or a related service-based industry
- Strong ability to coach, train, and develop sales professionals
- Comfortable working with reporting and sales operating systems
- Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data and implement corrective action
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
Compensation
- Salary ranges $100,000+, based on experience
- Annual bonus opportunity tied to budget and performance goals
- Classification: Exempt
