What We're Looking For:

Essential Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years as a General Manager in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or Fast Casual concepts
• Proven track record of long-term tenure and commitment to previous employers
• Experience managing high-volume locations ($1M+ annual sales preferred)
• Strong background in chicken, burger, or similar food concepts

Leadership Excellence:

• Demonstrated ability to build, train, and retain high-performing teams
• Experience managing 25+ employees across multiple shifts
• Proven success in driving sales growth and controlling costs
• Strong understanding of P&L management and restaurant operations

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a team of 25-35 crew members and shift leaders
• Drive sales growth through operational excellence and community engagement
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company standards
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and cost controls
• Partner with franchise ownership on strategic initiatives
• Maintain brand standards and customer satisfaction metrics
