What You’ll Do 🐷

  • Serve as Supervisor on Duty as needed, supporting smooth daily operations 🎟️

  • Delegate and monitor daily assignments for Guest Experience hosts 🗂️

  • Lead and motivate your team to be “guest obsessed” and deliver outstanding service 🌟

  • Uphold all health and safety policies and ensure team compliance at all times 🧼⚠️

  • Manage queues and guest flow in the safest and most fun way possible ⏱️➡️

  • Respond quickly and professionally to guest concerns, partnering with other departments as needed 😊🛠️

  • Maintain training documentation and ensure team members are fully prepared for their roles 📋

  • Empower hosts to handle guest recovery and create magical moments ✨

  • Support training initiatives, audits, employee engagement, and special projects 🎯 

  • Lead by example by stepping into host roles and modeling fun, teamwork, and exceptional service every shift 🎉

What We’re Looking For 🌟

  • 🎓 High school diploma or GED required

  • 🐷 At least 6 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, hospitality, or customer service preferred

  • 😊 A fun, outgoing personality with a passion for working with children and families

  • 💬 Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • ⚡ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

  • 💻 Comfortable using technology and basic office software

  • 🤝 A positive team player who is reliable, adaptable, and guest-focused
